Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the execution and implementation of overseas warehouse expansion projects, working with the domestic team and overseeing pre-opening activities.
2.Establish and optimize the operational management team for overseas warehouses, develop and improve systems for attendance, operations, and more.
3.Ensure the timely and qualitative fulfillment of inbound and outbound processes in overseas warehouses, ensuring smooth operations.
4.Handle customer complaints, disputes, and exceptional situations related to logistics, identify and summarize high-frequency issues, and optimize processes.
5.Monitor and alert for warehouse risks, including but not limited to infringement, loss prevention, natural disasters, and political factors.
6.Communicate and coordinate daily details between departments in China and the United States.
Job Requirements:
1.Associate degree or above, with at least 3 years of operational experience in overseas warehouse operations. Experience in the e-commerce or fashion industries and logistics management is preferred.
2.Have a certain level of local logistics service provider resources and understanding of the local third-party labor market.
3.Possess strong managerial and communication skills, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and execution.
4.Fluent in both Mandarin and Italian, with the ability to objectively understand and handle cultural differences.
