- _: o+ e( I6 @- m对软件发生的异常进行处理，恢复系统运行；
Handle the abnormalities that occur in the software and restore the operation of the system.

对现场硬件发生的进行处理，恢复系统运行；
Process on-site hardware and restore system operation;

配合甲方相关部门技术人员对软件进行更新以修复错误；
) h" V4 s  e$ z& dCooperate with the technical personnel of relevant departments of Party A to update the software to fix errors;

% `* d4 j" S2 v, m8 e) _" Z收集汇总现场问题，反馈给甲方，跟进、追踪与解决问题；
